Summer is back again! We may all wonder how to spend time on weekends chilling out. It gets on our nerves to even walk for minutes in hot weather. We all may be experiencing that the temperature is rising all over. In such a situation we may get bored. Laziness shrouds us.

So, swimming can be the best option to get revived in this hot weather. The cool water gets our mood refreshed. If anyone is in dilemma on planning what to do with the weekends then going swimming with families or loved ones may be one of the cherishing moments. Treasure of fun is right there. Grab it! It is because time and tide waits for none. Never keep thinking I will do it one day. Make plans and follow it accordingly.

As well as being fun, swimming is a great way to keep fit, stay healthy and make friends. Swimming is a healthy activity that you can continue for a lifetime. It is a low-impact activity that has many physical and mental health benefits. Swimming recruits all the major muscle groups, including the shoulders, back, abdominals, legs, hips and glutes. It is because water affords 12 times the resistance as air in every direction. Swimming does indeed help to build strength.

Some of the benefits of swimming can be summed up in the following points:
