With a hope to save a single life, the DWIT Social Service Club with the collaboration of Lion's Club of Kathmandu UMANG conducted a blood donation program entitled "Give Blood Give Life" on 9th March. The program started at 10 in the morning and took place for about 4 long hours. There were nurses who were taking care of blood pressure and physical health of the donors. The club was able to come up with 70 donors. The after foods that were proved as energy booster was sponsored by the Lions Club of Kathmandu UMANG and the nurses were from the Nepal Red Cross Society. The people around were very cooperative during the program. The event was already a grand success to itself which was added up to it’s best by the volunteers. Like said “When you think good, good things happen”, so has this event. The event ended with 70 satisfied smiles.
