The college has 3 labs consisting of 24 computers each. “We will be developing more since we are trying to introduce 3 other programs including BIM, BHM and BCM,” Dhakal added. When asked about the procedure of admitting students, Dhakal explained that they give preferences to the students in merit list. Students are admitted in the process of First Come First Serve basis. The college has chosen 24 quota for admission. The total fee for each student is 3 lakhs and 26 thousand.

“We do not have any extra-curricular activities like such but we would love to have. Since, the college starts from 6 AM to 10:20 AM, we do have much spare time,” said Neha Gupta, third semester CSIT student. She further said that she loved the environment of the college.

Another student of third semester, Jinesh Subedi, told that he was attracted to read BSc. CSIT due to its growing scope. “I chose Nihareeka because it is in my hometown and provides good facilities,” he said.

He said that students will be sent to Nepal Telecom and other software companies for internship.
