The Board Examination for students of Batch of 2017 started from 6th May 2014. 47 regular students from Batch of 2017, 18 from Batch of 2016 and 2 from Batch of 2015 are appearing for the board exam conducted by Tribhuvan University, School of Science and Technology. These examinations are being conducted at Padma Kanya Multiple Campus, Bagbazar. All the exams have been scheduled to be held from 12:00 to 3:00 pm. Students have already appeared for 3 examinations till now, namely Introduction to IT, Computer Programming, and Probability and Statistics. The Board examinations will be formally completed on May 23, 2014 which will be followed by the Practical Examinations that is scheduled to start from 26th to 29th May 2014. It could be sensed that the students were fairly anxious and nervous about the fact that they were going to attend their first Board examination as an undergraduate student. Many negative feedbacks have been reported about the examination center. Most of the students complained about the unhygienic water that was provided to them in the examination hall. Some of them are reported to have ill health because of the water that is being supplied in the exam hall. It has been reported that all the students have been getting along fairly good in their exams. One of the students currently appearing in the examination said, "I have been toiling out in the late night to give my best in the examinations and till now, I have been returning home with a happy face. Let's see what happens in the remaining examinations." Students are hoping to give their best in the upcoming examinations. The remaining examinations are Calculus and Analytical Geometry, and Statistics I. After the practical examinations are over, Semester II of Batch of 2017 will formally begin. Practical examinations will be conducted inside the college premises, where different external examiners from TU will evaluate students’ performance and marks will be given accordingly.
