There is no substitute for human blood. Every year millions of people donate blood around the globe and it saves someone’s life. Blood is scarce.  If you are in good health, at least 17 years old, and weighs at least 50 kg’s, then you can donate blood. It takes around 56 days for you to be fit enough to donate again. This is the most amazing thing to do. With your very small effort, it can save someone’s life.
