An Introduction to Valentine Week

The month of February brings love and just love, around the globe. It’s Valentine’s Month! During this month, from February 7 to February 14, the world celebrates Valentine’s week, starting with Rose Day. Each day has a special significance which comes up with a new reason to celebrate love.
Rose Day - February 7
The Valentine week list starts with Rose Day which is on February 7. On this day roses are presented to their beloved ones as a symbol of love and affection. We might be familiar that each color in roses represents different meanings. The red rose represents LOVE while the yellow roses represent FRIENDSHIP. The white roses represent NEW BEGINNINGS or MARRIAGE.
Propose Day - February 8
It is marked as the day of the proposal, as people are free to propose with a rose or ring, and the proposed person may deny it but is not to have any hard feelings on it. 8th February is marked for day one of the best days of the whole Valentine’s week you can open your heart out. The day brings the best opportunity to spell out your feeling.
Chocolate Day - February 9
Probably the best day of Valentine Week, especially for those who have a sweet tooth. On Chocolate Day, you can use a sweet treat to express your feelings to a friend, family or loved one. Chocolates have been used for ages to signify love, and the third day of Valentine Week is dedicated to them. The main intent of the day is to let his/her know how sweet you find them.

What better way to say "I love you" than with an adorable teddy bear?. They are the ideal gift for everyone from couples to siblings to even parents this Valentine Week. Teddies are the cutest and most famous soft toys, loved by every girl.
Promise Day - February 11
On this significant day, lovers promise each other that they will always be together in every thick and thin of life. The day is important because you make meaningful promises to your loved ones for a lasting relationship. A promise to stay by their side forever. On Promise Day, people reaffirm their commitment to a relationship and make promises for a lasting bond.
Hug Day - February 12

Valentine’s Day - February 14
Valentine’s Day culminates the Valentine Week. It’s a day of joy, of the celebration of love and commitment and the blissful excitement of finding one’s perfect mate most awaited day of Valentine Week, the day of love. Valentine's Day is celebrated in honor of Saint Valentine, a 3rd-century Roman saint associated with courtly love.
