“Wake the City Warm” Campaign in Progress

DWIT Social Service Club is in progress with their new campaign “Wake the City Warm”. Their intention behind organizing such a campaign is to help the helpless people by providing them some warm clothes during this cold winter season.
One of the organizers, Pankaj KC (President of DWIT Social Service Club), said, “It is the month of December and the weather has become really cold. We have been putting on lots of jackets and sweaters and what not to protect ourselves from this icy weather. However, there are so many people around us who do not have such privilege. Thus, DWIT Social Service Club has planned an initiative to make their winter a warm one. We are collecting clothes and blankets from all the members of Deerwalk family.”
Deerwalk Corporate Activity Club is also accompanying DWIT Social Service Club in this noble deed. The organizers started collecting donations from 3rd December. Initially, they had decided to collect funds and clothes till 4th December. However, considering the growing interest of Deerwalkers, they have extended the donation date till 8th December.
