Jeff Gasser, president of Deerwalk Inc was the guest speaker of the talk session held on 25th March 2016. He shared his life experiences with the students. He highlighted on overcoming fears, taking risks in life and expressing gratitude to everyone you meet.

He explained himself as a person who doesn't stop until he gets things done. In addition to being the president of Deerwalk services, Jeff co-founded D2 Hawkeye .Inc with Rudra Pandey.

He then went on to talk about the risks he took in his life which elevated him to the heights he is in now. He explained that it was very difficult for him as he had no idea how to start a business and how to maintain one. He didn't know if it was going to be a successful profession. He left his job and took the risk of working in a company he co-founded without knowing if it would be a success or not. Luckily, they succeeded. It was very interesting to hear that he enjoyed being a part of an IT company even though his specialization was in accounting.

He emphasized on expressing gratitude as he had missed a chance to express his gratitude towards someone once in his life. He ended his speech by suggesting everyone to take risks in life. He also told the students to do things that make you feel uncomfortable, to step outside of our comfort zone like he had done. He encouraged everyone to challenge themselves as it could prove to be life changing.
