Baahubali is one of the most awaited Indian movies of 2015. It is the most expensive Indian movie ever made. It took 3 years to complete the movie. This movie has two parts and the first part “Baahubali:The Beginning” was released on 10th July 2015. It was released in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi languages.

The movie begins with Sivagami (Ramya Krishnan) carrying a baby in her arms while being chased by soldiers. She kills the soldiers to save the baby. After killing the soldiers, she falls in the river. In order to save the baby she drowns herself in the water and holds the child above the surface. Local villagers spot the child and save him. Shivagami points towards the top of the waterfall. The child is raised by Sanga along with her husband who name the infant Shiva (Prabhas). Shiva is always curious about the world above the waterfall so he always tries to climb the waterfall. His fantasy about a face behind a mask he found helps him to climb the waterfall.  Soon the story tracks back to his original parents, Amarendra Baahubali (Prabhas) and Devasana(Anushka Shetty) and the villain of their life Bhalladeva (Rana Daggubati). The plot of the story is formed by story about his parents and the Bhallaladev.

The director of the movie chose the cast of the movie very wisely. “Baahubali” means powerful and the director chose Prabhas to play that role. His macho build and powerful looks live up to the word Baahubali. Rana Daggubati has also played his character really well. He has shown evilness in his acting which his character required. Anushka did her job very well but due to her makeup she looks like a ghost. As for Tamannah, she looked very beautiful like an angel and the role and acting of the Ramya Krishnan is very amazing. She was the best choice for that role.

The main reason why the movie became expensive is due to the use of animation. The palace, the waterfall, the war and other stuff used in the movie are all animated. The animation is much better than most of the Indian movies. The music used in the movie is also very pleasant to hear.

The mixture of animation, popular actors, their acting etc have help the movie to earn Rs 2,25,00,00,000 in one week and how much more it will earn is still to be decided. This movie is very entertaining to watch. You will not feel like you have wasted your money. The off thing about the movie is that we have to wait until 2016 for its second part.
