On July 5^th 2014, fulfilling one of the fortnightly practices followed at DWIT, the Documentary and Movie Club screened ‘Insidious: Chapter 2’. The movie started at 5.10 pm in the Nupse Hall and 28 students from different batches attended the movie show. As the students of batches 015 and 016 are soon to be facing their board examinations, majority of audience were from batch 017. The movie Insidious -Chapter 2 is the sequel of Insidious – Chapter 1, which was already screened by the club in one of the movie shows before. Insidious is a horror movie that uncovers the secrets behindthe spirit world and portrays the story of wandering souls. It explains the longing of supernatural forces for life. Audiences seemed to be satisfied with the movie. The horrifying pitch made the movie more frightening and enjoyable. One of the viewers commented, “It was a nice movie. I had watched Chapter 1 and was able to make some connections and understand Chapter 2 quite well. Overall, it was fun watching a horror movie withfriends and I am eagerly waiting for Chapter 3.” With a popcorn break in the middle of the show, the movie ended at 7 pm.
