Photo Courtesy: Sumit Shrestha To maintain a long-term relationship and to achieve more in coming days even after the students get parted from DWIT, the DWIT alumni committee has been formed. This step has been taken as the first batch has just completed their bachelors. It is the historic event of DWIT. For now, the committee consists of President, vice president and executive members, all of whom are from batch 2015. Since there was only one candidate who applied for the post of  president, there was not any selection procedure involved,  and so he was elected  by default- Anil Shrestha is the president. Next, for the post of vice-president two students applied, Bhawan Dahal and Sammer Shrestha; Sameer Shrestha was elected as the vice-president with the majority of votes.
