The All-Hands Meeting of DWIT was held on 9th March, 2015. It was conducted in Lhotse hall of DWIT premises and it lasted for about 40 minutes.

This meeting was conducted by Rudra Pandey, Chairman of DWIT. Students from all four semesters, including the administrative members of DWIT, attended this meeting. The meeting was scheduled for 1:15 P.M.

In the meeting, Rudra Pandey shared his views. He talked about the rules and regulations, disciplinary issues, entrepreneurship, and the future plans of DWIT with some suggestions for students. He mainly highlighted the disciplinary issues and made the students aware of them.

He quoted, "DWIT is a family and we are very serious about discipline issues and we cannot tolerate if a student is found disrespecting a faculty or their seniors.” He also added some interesting points about the entrepreneurship. He mentioned, "Entrepreneurship is the foundation of DWIT. So, we want all of our students to grow as job creators not job seekers.  Computer science is a medium which can be used to solve real world problems. If you do not know what real world issues are, study of computer science can't be useful and does not serve the purpose of spending four years at DWIT. That's why we encourage you all to observe all social and economic issues that people around you have been facing.” About the future plans of DWIT, he added, " Studying within the same classroom the whole day makes you bored. So, we plan to let you study in different classrooms for different subjects. This might provide you the refreshment and we will have this soon”.

The meeting ended after Rudra Pandey delivered his motivational speech.
