Benifits of Drinking Water

Water is an important factor which gives life to earth. It is an abundant liquid which covers 71.4% of earth's surface. The human body is made up of 60-75 % of water depending upon the body size and weight. Drinking adequate amount of water helps to stay healthy. Water is used daily in our day to day activities such as cooking, bathing, cleaning and so on. We cannot imagine our life without water. It is important to drink water daily in order to live a healthy life. There are many benefits of drinking water.

There are lots of advantages of drinking clean water. It also helps to be slimmer. Water is used as beverage instead of cold drinks in order to stay healthy. Water helps in metabolism process that helps to reduce fat from our body. When we drink a cup of ice water your body works to warm the water up and some calories is burned up in the process. If we consume the sufficient amount ofwater, it helps to boost up the energy level. Dehydration makes our body feel tired. If we feel drained or depleted then we should drink a glass of water. Water helps to transfer the essential factor such as oxygen and other essential nutrients to the cell of the body. Water helps to reduce the stress. Our brain is made up of 60 – 70 % of water tissue. If the body and brain are dehydrated it gets tired. Thus we should drink plenty of water. Many of the girls drink water because of two reasons if they are thirsty or to nourish their skin. Water is a natural cream that helps to look people younger. Water hydrate your skin cells and plump them ups. The advantage of drinking water is that it helps to reduce constipation and helps in proper digestion. Thus we should drink water in regular basis. Kidney problem is growing rapidly in Nepal; the reason is less consuming of water. Water helps to dilute the minerals and salt that helps to prevent to form kidney stone. So in order to reduce the risk you should drink plenty of water. If you have a headache or migraine, the first thing that you can do to get some relief is drink plenty of water.

Headaches and migraines are often caused by dehydration. We should drink about 10 glasses of water in order to live healthy. We should make a habit of drinking water daily which will automatically leads to healthy life. A small effort can make lots of difference in your life.
