By the demands of the staff and the students combined, DWIT has been expanding the canteen. It also has been expanding its menu. The canteen has been aspiring to meet the standards which the DWIT employees and the students expect. We asked the In-House Architect Consultant at DWIT, Mr. Pranab Man Singh, about the problems that might occur in the future and also about the future plans to upgrade the canteen and its surroundings.

Singh said, “It all depends on budget at hand. DWIT do have plans to improve the canteen facility. DWIT has also consulted the design firm for master plan development of entire campus on my recommendation. I am coordinating it on behalf of Deerwalk as in-house consultant. So all I can say for the meantime is that there will be lots of changes in the campus; you will notice it slowly.”

According to him, Deerwalk Construction Company will take care of construction works and he will be coordinating on the architectural aspects.
