Hotels, restaurants, theaters and shopping centers are continuously increasing in number. Malls with branded goods and top class services are increasing day by day in Kathmandu. Civil Mall, City Center, People’s Plaza are some of the leading malls of the city. The Civil Group, one of the country’s prominent real estate developers, has officially opened the Civil Trade Centre (CTC) at Sundhara, Kathmandu. It lies next to their previous construction, The Civil Mall. The approximate cost of the building is Rs. 2.5 billion. It is spread over six ropanis of land. It has 240 retail shops on the lower four floors. They offer clothing, jewelry and children’s items. Similarly, there are 190 offices on its fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth floors.There are two cinema halls on the seventh and eighth floors. The business complex also features a roof- top restaurant and a revolving restaurant where guests can enjoy their food along with a nice view of the valley. According to the company, the restaurants will offer most of the alcoholic beverages produced around the world. The trade center also has a helipad on the roof. The ground floor has an ample space where small concerts and shows can be conducted. According to the company, monthly rental charges for retail shops range from Rs. 80 to Rs. 185 per sq. ft. while the rent for office space and restaurants is Rs. 47 to Rs. 77 per sq. ft. The mall offers ample space for parking in its two-storey basement. According to the company, the parking lot can accommodate 200 motorcycles and 200 cars at a time. It has provided jobs for more than 1500 people. Have you ever thought of a cinema hall with the services similar to  five star hotels? There are two theaters: Cine Dine: It is the expensive one among the two theaters. #5 A seat will cost you Rs. 600 to Rs. 1500 and you can expect to have fresh food right on your side courtesy of the waiter who will be just a button away. Orders can be placed via an electronic device located on the side of the seats. This luxurious space can accommodate upto 58 people. Cine: It is a bit cheaper than Cine Dine. A seat will cost you Rs. 400 to Rs. 700 and unlike the Cine D#6ine experience, you will be expected to get your own food and drinks from the bar. The Cine screen can accommodate 169 people.   You must visit this place at least once to have a memorable experience with your loved ones. Getting There: From Jay Bageshwori, you can take a micro or a bus, which will take you to Sundhara in 20-25 minutes. From there, it's just 5 minutes of walk.
