Bernhardt college organized the 4th Inter- CSIT college table tennis championship on 18th and 19th march. It was held at the national table tennis hall in Lainchaur. More than 10 colleges participated in this event. There were 5 players from DWIT, namely Rejal Dhakal, Babin Karki, Pankaj Kc, Ashmit Ojha and Anish Dhakal, as a part of this competition.

Everyone did their best and were able to reach the quarterfinals, whereas Anish Dhakal made it up to the finals where he faced Subash Thapa of Trinity college. The final was a match to watch out for, as Anish became victorious. He was appreciated for his good skills and his great sportsmanship. Students at Deerwalk are not only good in studies but are also good in sports and other extra curriculum activities. This shows that students must not always be limited to studies as there are great opportunities in the field of sports too. This is a really proud moment for the college and the college must support the students in these type of events in the near future.
