Summer On Its Way

No more chilly mornings or the fog. You can now see the sun shine bright from early mornings. Well, it is a sign that the summer is on its way. Summer revives the lost vigor made by the winter. Summer brings back lots of social activities impossible in the freezing cold winter. This season brings bright and long days which exposes the real beauty of nature. Summer is disliked by many because it makes people lazy, and it is also discomforting due to the high heat. The temperature has started to rise and people have started to reduce the layer of clothes they wear. Well, it is almost summer time so, you must know how to maintain a proper health during summer. Water is essential during summer to keep the body cool and hydrated. But, just because you have to drink water doesn't mean you drink water from any source. Water-borne disease such as typhoid, cholera, etc spread widely during summer. So, it is important to drink clean water. While enjoying life outdoors, protect yourself from overexposure to sunlight by wearing a hat and using sunscreens. Even though during summer, people feel tired and lazy it is important to do exercise to keep the body and mind aligned. Nature itself has provided us with its bounty to enjoy the summer. The seasonal fruits and vegetables also help us to maintain a healthy diet during summer. Fruits like watermelon and mango keep our mind fresh. One of the most exciting things about summer is to have ice creams. Although its quiet early to say, enjoy the summer with seasonal fruits and remain hydrated. The best exercise during the summer would be to go for swimming. It would provide you both exercise as well as fun. Even the summer can be beautiful when you know how to enjoy it by taking proper care of yourself.
